The location is fantastic, just a short walk to downtown attractions. The room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately, the parking situation is pretty tight, especially during busy times. the balcony lacked privacy as it was shared with other rooms.

Just a block from the breathtaking Smoky Mountain National Park and only a few blocks from the bustling downtown area, my stay was wonderfully convenient for exploring all the attractions and taking relaxing walks along the Strip; the room was spacious and comfortable with a fantastic view of the river from the private balcony, plus the free hot breakfast made each morning even better! The outdoor pool was a refreshing bonus, but I did notice the outside of the building looks a bit weathered.

Room had a great river view and a nice balcony, we loved sipping coffee there. The bed was super comfy and we slept really well throughout our stay.
It wasn't the most affordable option, but it was worth it.

Noise levels were minimal, promoting a restful stay. the hot breakfast selection was hearty, featuring eggs, toast, and juice. Staff interaction was polite but could benefit from a more welcoming approach.

The 2 bedroom suite was perfect for our family. Rooms are updated and comfy with fridge, microwave, and a flat-screen TV. Breakfast was tasty with pancakes and eggs. Staff were super friendly. Small pool area had new tables and chairs. Easy walk to the trolley, gas station, and pizza shop nearby. Beautiful river view from the balcony.

During my Christmas stay, my room had a large size with a cozy balcony overlooking a serene stream, offering a peaceful ambiance. The location was superb, just a block away from Smoky Mtn. National Park and a short walk to downtown Gatlinburg. Additionally, the complimentary breakfast included delicious options like eggs, bacon, and sausage, providing a hearty start to the day.
The cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The fold-away bed left unfolded, a broken and dirty futon with food packaging inside, and carpet debris made the room feel unkempt.

Parking was a nightmare! We returned late and there was only one spot left, which was hard to get into with our big SUV next to an overhanging vehicle. Had to switch spots with another guest just to fit.

My friends and I had a blast hitting the slopes and riding the ski lifts nearby! The location was prime for skiing and chilling, the room was spacious and comfy, setting the perfect vibe for our youth getaway.
Would've loved to have more evening social activities for a lively bunch like us - maybe a cool hangout spot in the hotel to meet new peeps and keep the fun going! .

Let's start with the good stuff , the room was well, equipped with ironing facilities, and the heating kept us nice and cozy during our stay. The air conditioning did its job, but I have to admit that it had a bit of a strange smell that we tried to mask with air fresheners we had to request from the front desk. On the bright side, they did have free Wi, Fi in the rooms, which was super convenient. The view by the river was absolutely stunning, and the bed was super comfy too. On the flip side, there were some areas that could use some improvement. The carpets in the room had a weird smell, like urine, and despite mentioning it multiple times, it was only slightly alleviated with what seemed like baby powder. The balcony was a nice touch, but the cobwebs everywhere were a bit off, putting. the staff could have been more hospitable , not necessarily rude, just lacking that warm hospitality touch. I did enjoy my stay at Surestay Plus, mainly due to the comfortable bed and convenient location.

i had a terrific experience staying at surestay plus hotel by best western. the room was spacious and comfortable for my family of six, and the addition of two TVs was a pleasant surprise for the kids. the breakfast offered a great variety, and the location near the park entrance and walking distance to restaurants was convenient.

We had the best time at a hotel in the center of Gatlinburg. The staff, especially Christ and Devon, were super friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The location was perfect, with downtown Gatlinburg and the Smokey Mountain National Forest just steps away. The balcony overlooking the river was a great place to relax and the spacious room provided plenty of space for our family. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi, on-site parking, and helpful recommendations from the staff.
The bathroom was small and the sink placement was not convenient.
